PARTS SALES REPRESENTATIVE – General Marine Company

Work to identify and supply parts and accessories to customers.

• 5 Passes at CSEC/CXC General Proficiency or Equivalent Exams (including Math and English Language)
• Proof of Address
• ID/Passport

• Check parts catalogs to identify relevant parts and accessories
• Use point of sale software to invoice
• Collect parts and accessories from storage rooms and take to customer in store
• Check and make the stock records and verify physical stock matches records
• Make records for products that are dropped off for service and identify the parts needed for repairs or maintenance
• Make/Receive calls for customers to get prices of parts and accessories
• Check and pack parts and accessories after shipment is received
• Record stock levels and changes on stock cards and bin cards
• Place price tags on parts and accessories
• Assist with the preparation of parts and accessories orders to manufacturers
