PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – Juice-Up Guyana

Juice Up Guyana is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee our juice production process. The Production Supervisor will ensure that production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in food/ beverage industry or manufacturing or factory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and quality control processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and food safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain production schedules, adjusting workflows as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
• Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Track and report production metrics (e.g., output, efficiency, waste).
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and use of raw materials and ingredients.
• Implement and uphold health and safety procedures across the production floor.
• Liaise with the manager and procurement teams to ensure adequate raw material supply.
• Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Recording all production forms and documents
