EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES – Project Manager (Jamaica)
World University Service of Canada (WUSC) is currently recruiting for a number of positions for the anticipated Field Support Services Project (FSSP) in the Caribbean. This project will be managed out of the project office in Kingston, Jamaica with satellite offices in Guyana and Barbados These employment opportunities are open to all CARICOM nationals.
BACKGROUND:
WUSC (World University Service of Canada) is a Canadian non-profit organization working to create a better world for all young people. We bring together a diverse network of students, volunteers, schools, governments, and businesses who share this vision. Together, we develop solutions in education, economic opportunities, and empowerment to overcome inequality and exclusion for youth around the world, particularly young women and young refugees.
FSSP provides administrative, financial, procurement, and logistical services as well as support to the in-country development programming for the Government of Canada through the provision of technical specialists in areas such as gender equality, governance and human rights, and environment and climate action and assisting the Government of Canada in procuring and managing local development initiatives across the Caribbean.
