We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist/Commerical Operations Clerk to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational abilities. Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) subjects CXC/GCE inclusive of English Language.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Operating the switchboard.
- Typing local and overseas purchase orders.
- Typing letters, memos and quotations.
- Filing invoices.
- Preparing daily deposits revenue report.
