DESCRIPTION
Inventory management – ensure all damaged products are striped and sorted in an organized, easy-to-find manner.
Weekly planning and strategizing meeting
Self-development – develop a personal growth plan and follow it
HSSE- ensure all assigned PPE is used when conducting work-related activities within the repairs centre and company
Attend all department and company meetings and training
REQUIREMENTS
5 CXC Subjects
Computer literate
Minimum work experience of 2 years
Diploma or certificates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer/ Technician Certificates
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Investigate and repair all products – within 24 hrs.
2. Customer service – internal and external (zero customer complaints)
3. Building maintenance – weekly and monthly( ensure the smooth
Functioning of the building)
4. Training- other team members – 2 hours of training per week
5. Coaching team members – 30 min twice a month
6. Plan and organize department work with the team – monitor and give feedback to team members & Management as required
7. Produce weekly reports for yourself and team members on the KPI achieved to HR Department.
8. Product/Repair knowledge – learn to repair 14 new items / Problems per month, and produce reports for personal files.
