SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER – NSB OMEGA GUYANA INC

We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to provide support to our internal operations.

·        Minimum of a BSc in Management or Marketing or Business Economics with at least 3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing

·        Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

·        Good customer-service, negotiating and interpersonal skills

·        Develop and execute the Annual Marketing Plan that focuses on meeting the Company’s objectives.

·        Working with advertising agencies to review and create a suite of creative marketing initiatives that include brochures, newsletters and commercials.

·        Develop a working relationship with the media for timely and effective media coverage for advertisement of the Company’s products

·        Continuous update of the Company’s website and social media forum

·        Responsible for all sales and marketing projects from the initiation to implementation stages

·        Conduct market research to assess the viability and potential of new products

·        Develop and manage the marketing and advertising budget

·        Manage, train and mentor all subordinate sales and marketing staff

·        Work in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Supervisors to open new markets and to expand existing markets

·        Provide strategic sales and marketing support to the General Manager and Manager responsible for International Marketing in Guyana.
