SALES AND SUPPORT ASSISTANT – Guiana Holdings Inc.

The Sales and Support Assistant will be working alongside Supervisors and Managers as is necessary.

• Minimum of 5 CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English.
• Must have an active driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years and older.
• A keen eye for details.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work a shift system.
• Must be knowledgeable and able to work in the Geographical areas of Guyana.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus active listening skills
• Must have good problem-solving skills.
• Must have good conflict-resolution skills.

• Remote support assistance.
• Check with agents daily as in-route.
• Ensure that all agents’ equipment is working and in fitting manner.
• Ensure that agents have all necessary requirement for their daily functions.
• Ensure that all agents and parties are properly trained on products and services.

Will be discussed at the Interview.
