Key Responsibilities
- Execute organizational policy and strategy in collaboration with key management personnel.
- Conduct training and retaining of team members including ride along for in-field training.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Recommend the discipline of staff.
- Prepare and manage departmental schedules.
- Manage the department’s leave schedule in accordance with the Company’s policies.
- Suggest and implement new procedures to improve departmental efficiencies.
- Conduct regular individual and departmental meetings.
- Communicate targets, evaluate performance and provide feedback.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as stipulated by the General Manager.
- Ensure complete records of the Agent Database are maintained and filing is kept up to date.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field from a recognized academic institution is preferred.
- Proven track record and experience in sales, business development, or a related role for more than ten (10) years.
- Experience in the gaming or lottery industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in the use of computer software applications.
