DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Sales Clerk to correspond with customers regarding payments and issuing sales receipts. The Sales Clerk will also be tasked with updating accounting records with issued invoices, new payments, customer information, etc. You should be able to multitask, deal with customer concerns in a professional manner and assist the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- CXC- Five subjects, Grades 1-2
- Computer Literate
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks
- Work experience will be an asset
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and issuing sales receipt and invoices to customers.
- Preparing statement of account for customers.
- Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
- Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
