Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Develop and maintain a Retail Sales Territory, prospecting and servicing Key Accounts and Independent Dealers.
  • 2. Process and maintain accurate sales invoices, transactions, records, and reports.
  • 3. Develop and implement strategies and Retail Sales plans (Key Accounts and Independent Dealers) that expand the customer base.

Requirements

  • A Diploma in Business Management or Marketing or equivalent professional designation of professional sales and customer relation certifications or professional paint certification with 3 years’ experience in a Sales or Retail role. OR Completion of professional paint certification or similar sales and marketing designation or related field along with at least 2 years’ experience in a Retail or Sales role.
  • 1. Knowledge of Retail, Sales and Customer Service processes and best practices.
  • 2. High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and point of sales systems would be an asset.
  • 4. Passion for excellence with a “can do” attitude along with an ability to learn colour matching and merchandising skills.
  • 5. Possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
