SALES MANAGER – Cirkel Distributors Inc.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our distribution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales representatives, set sales targets, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.

– Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/Associate Degree in Business Administration/Sales Management or related field
– Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the distribution industry
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
– Knowledge of distribution channels and market dynamics

– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
– Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
– Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key customers
– Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement
– Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive product sales
– Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly
– Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
