Applications are required from suitably qualified persons to fill the following vacancy in a large automotive sales company:-
SALES MANAGER
Main duties:
- Responsible for training and supervising a team of automotive sales personnel
- Coach sales personnel on best practices for enhancing vehicle sales and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
- Oversee all activities occurring in the vehicles’ showroom
- Set sales goals, track progress and lead team to achieve those targets
- Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile the necessary reports for the Board of Directors to review
- Timely response to customers’ queries and issues when required
- Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff
- Develop and manage an effective customerservice platform to retain existing customers and seek out new prospective sales
- Maintain a strong focus on satisfaction of all customers
Job requirements:
- At least a BSc. in Business Management or Administration or Marketing with at least 5 years sales or marketing experience in medium to large-sized organisation at a senior level
- Motor vehicle sales experience will be an asset
- Excellent customer-service and ommunication skills
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
