REQUIREMENTS
  • Six subjects or more at CXC
  • Two years’ experience and success in Customer Service
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to handle confidential client information
  • Exceptional communication/speaking abilities
  • Active listening and trust building abilities
  • Creative problem solving and decision making skills when dealing with clients

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers confidently, listen to their needs, recommend related products and follow through with their requests
  • Explain the benefits and functions of products to clients
  • Accept and process orders and follow through to the delivery stage of the order
  • Inform customers about special sales, promotions or offers
  • Keep an adequate amount of samples neatly displayed in the showroom
  • Learn details about new products, services and sales software promoted/utilised by the company
