REQUIREMENTS
- Six subjects or more at CXC
- Two years’ experience and success in Customer Service
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle confidential client information
- Exceptional communication/speaking abilities
- Active listening and trust building abilities
- Creative problem solving and decision making skills when dealing with clients
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers confidently, listen to their needs, recommend related products and follow through with their requests
- Explain the benefits and functions of products to clients
- Accept and process orders and follow through to the delivery stage of the order
- Inform customers about special sales, promotions or offers
- Keep an adequate amount of samples neatly displayed in the showroom
- Learn details about new products, services and sales software promoted/utilised by the company
