Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate CRM records for leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
- Regularly review and audit CRM data to ensure information is complete and accurate.
- Identify and remove duplicate records and correct data errors.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline stages and ensure opportunities are properly updated.
- Prepare regular sales reports covering pipeline activity, conversion rates, sales activities, and forecasts.
- Maintain sales dashboards and reports to provide visibility into sales performance.
- Identify trends, inconsistencies, and potential risks within sales data and bring them to management’s attention.
- Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks and documentation.

- Ensure pricing, terms, and supporting information are accurate and properly approved.
