  • We are seeking a diligent and observant individual to join our team as a Hotel Security Guard. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

Able bodied

Able to work 12 hours shift on rotating system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The primary responsibility of a hotel security guard is to protect the hotel and the guests, employees and property within it.  These duties ensure that hotel guests, staff, and property remain safe and secure throughout their stay.
  • Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including the lobby, corridors, parking areas, and other public areas.
  • Responding to Emergencies: Act promptly in response to emergency situations such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, disturbances, or criminal activity.
  • Guest Safety: Ensure the safety and security of hotel guests by maintaining a visible presence and responding to guest concerns or requests for assistance.
  • Handling Incidents: Investigate and report incidents such as thefts, disturbances, or breaches of hotel policy. Document incidents thoroughly.
  • Access Control: Monitor and control access to restricted areas within the hotel, including staff-only areas and guest floors.
  • Crowd Control: Manage large gatherings or events within the hotel to ensure orderly conduct and security.
  • Assisting Staff: Provide support to hotel staff, including assisting with transporting valuables, conducting security checks, or escorting employees to their vehicles.
  • Safety Checks: Conduct routine safety inspections of hotel facilities and equipment, reporting any hazards or malfunctions.
  • Maintaining Records: Keep detailed logs and records of security-related incidents, patrols, and activities.
  • Cooperating with Authorities: Cooperate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful customer service to guests while maintaining a vigilant attitude towards security concerns.
