REQUIREMENTS
3+ years’ experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, Chief or Senior Accounts Clerk. Experience in consulting with or in oil and gas will be an asset
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or ACCA or equivalent
Knowledge of general accounting procedures
Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
Leadership skills with the ability to instruct team members
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and manage competing priorities
Strong team orientation skills to liaise with line managers and Junior clerks to achieve the common goal of the accounts department and organization as a whole



RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure Power BI software is kept up-to-date with the support of an IT supplier or administrator
Maintaining Company Files and backups including the accurate Set-Up information in all modules
Overseeing the accurate processing of financial data and records
Recording and reconciliation of funding received
Reconciliation of company’s accounts
Journal Entries and Accruals, Trial Balance analysis and reconciliation to project balances
Annual Audit entries and preparation of draft Annual Financial Statements
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports including budget versus actual comparison reports for the CFO and General Managers/ Managing Director
Arrange external audits and assist external auditors
Support management to develop and provide accurate budget projections of major income and expenditure covering grant income, interest, salaries (and on costs), insurance and vehicle expenses.
Process payroll using approved timesheets supplied by relevant managers including NIS payments and reconciliations and PAYE remittance
Liaise with the auditing companies, Brokers, and Insurance companies to ensure all locations have adequate insurance coverage, including Public Liability, Building, Contents, Association Liability (including Directors and Managers), Volunteers, Motor Vehicles, Workers and ensure policies’ details list is kept up to date
Oversee the maintenance of the Equipment/Asset register including depreciation and asset movement
Monitor the company’s short bank investments
Manage & Control Corporate Credit/debit Cards Administration
Manage the petty cash system
