DESCRIPTION
The Service and Repairs Clerk will assist the Repairs Department in ensuring that items brought for repairs are repaired and delivered to customers within a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
CRITERIA: 5 CXC Subjects, Computer literate, minimum work experience of 2 years and Diploma or certificates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer/ Technician Certificates.

2. Product Knowledge
3. Customer Service
