SERVICE COMMERCIAL SPECIALIST – Machinery Corporation Of Guyana Ltd.

DESCRIPTION

Generate and prepare all reporting aspects for both service data and commercial proposals outside of the scope of the planning

REQUIREMENTS

• At least a Certificate/Diploma in Management, with 4 years / 1 year’ experience respectively.

OR

• At least five (5) subjects CXC with Ten (10) years’ experience in a Commercial/data oriented role.
• Competent in Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Good communication, analytical and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all commercial proposals and activities as it relates to Service Offerings and Marketing proposals.
• Generate reports for all activities of the Planners.
• Manage the communication to customers on changes to the quotations and request approval to make such changes before execution of services.
• Identify new business opportunities with large and small customers.
