Key Responsibilities
- Process new service orders:
- Ensure all required documents have been received
- Set-up new service order in Service management software
- Review Service specific insurance requirements and order certificates of insurance
- Assist Service Manager with all day-to-day aspects of running the service department.
- Scope of work review
- Creation of Work Request estimates and proposals
- Coordinate Service equipment staging
- Compile and organize all service visit close-out documentation including:
- Photos
- Operation and maintenance manuals
- Customer signoffs
- Service specific technical information
- Service completion packages
- Ensure Service meetings, minutes and logistics are organized in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist Service Manager with client updates, communication and correspondence.
- Liaison with clients, vendors, sub-contractors and other staff; ensuring exceptional customer service and quality always.
- Coordinate Service communication events
- Organize and maintain daily field personnel calendars
- Daily Service call scheduling
- Monthly Service packages and updating weekly scorecards
- Implementation of new ERP Service platform
- Provide general administrative support as required
