PBS Technologies (Guyana) Inc. is rapidly expanding and is seeking to recruit dynamic individuals for the following positions of Service Technicians. Sales Representatives, Drivers/Porters and Service Desk Agents (CSRs).

Service Desk Agents (CSRs)
Summary;
The Service Desk Agent will be responsible To deliver superior customer service to customers calling into the Service Desk for Incident Management or for Service Request Fulfilment. As a Service Desk Agent, you are responsible for resolving the customer’s issue or fulfilling the service request focused on consistent and timely incident resolution ensuring that the Service Level Agreements are achieved for all customers.
Qualification & Requirements:
Associate Degree in Information Technology, or Computer Science or another related field will be an asset and/or Technical certification with a minimum of one (1) year’s experience in a similar environment.
