DESCRIPTION
Plan and schedule jobs for internal and external customers, taking into consideration the priority of the job, availability of parts and Technicians, logistics transportation and required tools.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least a Certificate/Diploma in Management with 1 – 2 years’ experience
OR
- At least five (5) subjects CXC with three (3) years’ experience of repair services or projects.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Good communication, analytical and organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage service request schedule software for all service requested from customers internally and externally.
- Communicate the weekly plans to the Workshop Superintendent and relevant Supervisors.
- Generate and manage quotation for reports weekly for all open service quotations and communicate same with Product Support team.
- Balance the work flow amongst all sections in the Service Department.
