Key Responsibilities
- Assign and supervise Service Station staff on rotating shifts to sell fuel, lubricants, Castrol products, and automotive accessories.
- Monitor pump readings, dip storage tanks to verify stock levels, and oversee product orders and deliveries to prevent shortages or spillage.
- Ensure strict adherence to company Health and Safety policies, government regulations, and safety garment requirements during shifts.
- Oversee cash handling, reconcile register drawers, check cash and stock sheets, and verify cash for bank deposits.
- Prepare daily shift summary report of all sales and movement of main product, and manage administrative duties.
- Inspect station equipment, storage tanks, and lines regularly, reporting faults or arranging maintenance as required.

- Education : Diploma in Marketing, Finance, Public Administration or Business Management
- Experience : three (3) years in supervisory capacity inclusive of customer service and knowledge of Petroleum products
