Keen Business Apps Software Engineer
This role combines the classic Software Engineer and a Configurator / Developer, with the knowledge of databases and SQL, Docker for containerization and deployment and ensuring consistency across different environments
The key skills are the abilities to have a basic understanding of software development principles, including algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools.
Requirements
- Candidate should have at least a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Ability to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications in various programming languages and technologies;
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing creative solutions to complex problems;
- Proficiency in programming languages.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve your skill set.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand and interpret abstract client requirements.
- Must present a professional, consultant-like persona;
- Must be a good communicator to clients, colleagues, and managers;
- Must be self-motivated and self-managing for learning new skills and delivering service to Keen360 clients;
- Must be willing to accept performance feedback for purposes of professional growth as a software engineer;
- Must possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Should possess prior working experience and have a familiarity with agile development practices and project management tools with an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
