DESCRIPTION
Our company is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Store Manager. This candidate should be dedicated and results oriented.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Management or Business Administration.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a retail/wholesale environment in a similar Managerial role.
Strong leadership and management abilities.
Customer service oriented and knowledge of business process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and train the sales team to ensure that sales objectives are met.
Train, mentor and oversee new hire.
Implement strategies to improve store traffic and attract new customers.
Monitor inventory levels and ordering of new items.
Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Organising instore displays and promotional materials.
Tracking monthly and quarterly performance.

REMUNERATION
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
