DESCRIPTION

To function and assist in the Operations Department with stocks and other service related matters

REQUIREMENTS

CXC / Advance Level Passes

Police Clearance

Drivers Permit (desirable not mandatory)

Ability to lift and bend (for packing purposes)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the filling out of the required quantities and sizes of Rodine C, Termite Fluid, Teak Oil, Fentrol Bait, general Chemical Preparations, Soaps, Air Fresheners, and other products.

Assist in the production of Rodine C, Termite Fluid, Teak Oil, Fentrol Bait, and Bait Stations.

Assist with in-house maintenance, servicing, and repairs of equipment, general housekeeping, handyman work, and the delivery of vehicles for repairs.

Ensure that tarpaulins, external bait stations and sandsnakes are appropriately cleaned, repaired and painted ensuring that they are stacked properly for its easy retrieval and loading onto vehicles.

Ensure that the equipment assigned to you is kept clean, secured and in a good working condition at all times.

Wash company vehicles when necessary.

Receive and issue incoming and outgoing preparations and equipment, ensuring that they are properly accounted for by the established systems.

The dispatching of stock to service personnel.

Conduct Tooltainer checks as required.

Assist with the stock checks at the end of the month.

Carry out other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to the position.
