Description
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient performance of staff, maintaining high levels of service quality, and achieving departmental goals.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
- At least three (3) years of experience as a supervisor
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely opening and closing of the department on all working days.
- Manage the aging report and follow up with customers with outstanding balances.
- Ensure all service complaints are recorded, investigated, and closed out.
- Manage the stock level and prepare orders.
- Ensure shipments are cleared in a timely manner.
- Update and manage pricing in the system.
- Ensure stock rotation is done via the FIFO method.
- Maintain good working relations with customers and suppliers.
- Represent the company at promotional events.
- Prepare, present and execute marketing and sales plans.
- Prepare in conjunction with the accounts department and present marketing and sales budgets to facilitate annual revenue growth.
- Coordinate biweekly departmental meetings.
- Prepare reports for management meetings.
- Preparation of timesheet.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for payments to suppliers.
- Preparation of BIDS.
- Assist the auditors with balancing.
- Any other duties required by Management.
