The Support Services Analyst performs a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks. This position comprises of Onshore and Offshore IT Support responsibilities.

University Degree/Diploma (Information Systems preferred)
1 to 5 years’ experience providing IT support
Inventory/Supply chain management experience
Computing & telecom infrastructure experience and understanding
LAN/WAN Troubleshooting
IT Project Management experience, general technical and multidisciplinary
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong computer and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of Information Technology processes and best practices
Good understanding and appreciation for safety, security and controls

Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies
Configures and installs computer hardware and software
Manages inventory control of IT equipment and supplies
Upgrades hardware and software components
Maintains IT hardware asset and software tracking
Monitors and collects data on system performance
