Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations-procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Forecast demand and optimize stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Maintain accurate, organized records of supplies, orders, shipments and deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure cost-effective sourcing.
- Analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that boost operational performance and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, health, and food handling standards.

- Manage delivery operations, including vehicle/fleet logistics and material handling resources.

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management (experience in fast-paced food or manufacturing environments is a plus).
- Strong understanding of supply chain functions: procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
- Proficient in inventory systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with data analysis tools being a bonus.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capability.
