DESCRIPTION
The position will receive direction and support. This position level would typically include junior Technical Analysts performing mostly basic tasks. Prior extensive experience not required.

REQUIREMENTS
University Degree (Information Systems preferred)
At least 1-5 years of experience in providing IT support
Inventory/Supply chain management experience
Computing & telecom infrastructure experience and understanding
Desktop, LAN/WAN Troubleshooting
IT Project management experience General technical and multidisciplinary
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong computer and problem-solving skills
Has initiative and motivation and the ability to coordinate and finish tasks
Good team player, promotes inclusion and can work with diverse teams
Customer Service Oriented
Good organizational skills Specific
Good knowledge of information and technology systems, applications and equipment
Good understanding of Information Technology processes and best practices
Good understanding and appreciation for safety, security and controls



RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzes detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
Configures and installs computer hardware and software.
Manages inventory control of IT equipment and supplies.
Upgrades hardware and software components.
Maintains IT hardware assets and software tracking.
Monitors and collects data on system performance.
Performs a variety of professional, technical, and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks
