DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision, supports the effective operation and improvement of the Talent Acquisition Processess of the Caribbean Region. This Person will accountable of the complete process of Recruiting, Selection and Candidate Experience. Collaborates with stakeholders, creates tools and resources, and executes basic programs and projects to improve and Develop Local New Employees. Develops subject matter expertise in one or more of the following disciplines:  Talent Acquisition. Supports the efficient delivery of processes, programs and policies through the application of specialized knowledge and skills, analysis, and business acumen. Assists with HR data reporting and analysis used to determine meaningful recommendations and actions to improve overall HR service delivery. May advise HR and business leaders across the organization on best practices on Hiring Processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline. Master’s degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience doing recruiting and selection processes in Multinational Companies (Desirable in the Energy Sector)
  • Willingness to learn and capacity to work under pressure
  • Residence in Georgetown – Guyana is required
