TEAM LEAD – PRIMUS Guyana

The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees, ensuring their effective performance and development. This role will involve coordinating team activities, providing guidance, and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in team leadership and management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management tools).

• Team Management:

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members.

• Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly.

• Conduct performance reviews and evaluations.

• Manage employee schedules and time off requests.

• Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.

• Deliver training sessions or coordinate external training providers.

• Track employee progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

• Process Improvement:

• Analyze team processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Implement new procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Monitor and measure process performance to ensure ongoing optimization.

• Communication and Collaboration:

• Maintain open and effective communication with team members, management, and other stakeholders.

• Facilitate collaboration and teamwork among team members.
