We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Sales Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying the right tools, materials, and equipment for their needs while providing expert recommendations and excellent customer service. This role focuses on generating sales, building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting store operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn product knowledge, and a passion for helping customers find the best solutions. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:45 am – 4:30 pm Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the correct tools, materials, and equipment for their needs.
  • Provide product recommendations and explain features, benefits, and alternatives.
  • Generate sales through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Follow up with customers and generate leads for future sales opportunities.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new products and promotions.
  • Support store operations, merchandising, and inventory awareness.
  • Assist with marketing activities, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales environment.
  • Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and provide operational support as needed.

  • Technical Skills in our products will be an asset.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Previous work experience will be an asset.
  • Must be willing to learn.
  • Must be physically fit.
  • Must have a police clearance.
