We are an IT products and service provider to Corporate / Government Clients in Guyana providing solutions for the following companies: IBM, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, Diebold, Lexmark, etc. We are expanding our Technical/Service Team for Guyana’s growing economy and are looking for dynamic and hardworking individuals to be part of this team. Primary Job Role: Installation, diagnosis and repair of ATMs, servers, printers, desktop hardware, CCTV equipment, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide warranty and support services for the hardware sold.
  • Some software support is required.
  • Work with team members to install new hardware
  • Support technical team on new IT implementation projects

Requirements

  • a. Degree or Diploma – Computer Science or related studies.
  • b. COMPTIA, A+, Network + or Equivalent Cisco/Fortinet Certifications
  • c. equivalent qualification (s) with minimum of 1 year experience.
  • d. knowledge in ATM service.
  • Experience in the repair/maintenance of any of the above products.
  • ATM service experience will be an advantage.
  • A vehicle as the job entails travelling to customer sites for service.
  • Available to travel across the coastland and some interior locations.
