We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technician to join our team. That will be responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing Canon printers, copiers, multifunction devices, scanners, and other imaging equipment. This role involves providing technical support to customers, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, Canon printers, copiers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on equipment.

  • Respond to service calls and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements
