Accomplished television technicians with more than 4 years of experience working on televisions. Knowledgeable in various types and brands of televisions, including their components, installation methods, and maintenance requirements. Detail-oriented individual who pays close attention to clients’ needs and strives to go above and beyond to provide service that meets their satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years experience in servicing most brands televisions.
– Minimum Education: Secondary School Graduate.
– Clean valid driver’s license.
– Must pass a background check and drug test.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Excellent Customer Service skills
– Responsible, punctual and ability to work well with others.
– Improve customer retention through service provided to the customer.
– Continually maintain working knowledge of all company/manufacturer products, services and promotions.
