Key Responsibilities
- Courteously greet guests when they arrive at the betting booth.
- Sell and promote Sports Games to all customers.
- Perform account maintenance for players.
- Understand the games and other procedures for playing (Training will be provided).
- Restrict access of others to cash held in custody.
- Responsible personally for cash in drawer and cash till.
- Monitor system operations and promptly report problems to the General Manager.
- Record daily, on betting log, the names, gender, telephone contact, email address and date and time of play, for all customers betting.
- Submit, on a daily basis, the Wager Log to the General Manager.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding customer play.
- Wear the corporate provided polo shirt, with either black pants or black skirt and presents a polished and professional image at all times.
- Consistently strive to build and achieve guest satisfaction.
- Communicates effectively with all co-workers and guest.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) CXC or GCE ‘O’ level subjects at General level, including Mathematics.
- Two (2) years’ experience preferably in a sales environment.
- Experience in sports and online gaming would be an asset or a good understanding of sports.
- Must have basic computer knowledge: Email, Internet and Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Customer service-oriented individual, focused on improving the customer experience.
- Good verbal, writing and listening skills.
