TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTsT^H^^ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Degree in Business or Public Management.
- Three (3) years’ experience in an Administrative role preferable in the training & development department.
- Above average written and Communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office and Powerpoint /Animation).
- Experience in Train the Trainer is considered an asset.
Identify in conjunction with the Director internal/external training programs to address staff competency gaps.
Organize and source training to meet specific training needs.
Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks
Handle logistics for training activities including venue and equipment.
