TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTsT^H^^ RESPONSIBILITIES:

 



 

 

  • Degree in Business or Public Management.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in an Adminis­trative role preferable in the training & de­velopment department.
  • Above average written and Communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Of­fice and Powerpoint /Animation).
  • Experience in Train the Trainer is consid­ered an asset.

Identify in conjunction with the Director internal/external training programs to ad­dress staff competency gaps.

Organize and source training to meet spe­cific training needs.

Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks



Handle logistics for training activities in­cluding venue and equipment.
