VIDEO EDITOR – PERFORMANCE AD CREATIVE – G Assist Guyana

Job Expired
Recruiting a high-output Video Editor on behalf of a US-based performance marketing client. The client runs paid advertising campaigns across affiliate offers and its own business ventures, and is currently scaling a B2B ad campaign for a software product. You will be the client’s dedicated editor, responsible for all ad creative production, working directly with their in-house Creative Strategist. This is a demanding, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on volume, takes pride in flawless execution, and is confident using AI generation tools alongside traditional editing software. The client is investing significant media spend behind every ad, so the standard is simple: every deliverable must be ready to run.

Job Summary

  • Type: full-time
  • Location: Georgetown
  • Category: Media & Creative
  • Closing Date: 2026-08-30

Key Responsibilities

  • Own all video and static ad editing for the client, taking creative from brief to finished, ready-to-launch deliverable.
  • Read and interpret creative briefs, scripts and reference ads, then recreate or adapt them accurately in the requested formats.
  • Produce roughly 6-8 finished ads per day (two batches daily, each built around a body with three hook variations), primarily short-form video with some static creative.
  • Iterate quickly and generate multiple versions per concept, understanding that many drafts may be produced to land a small number of high-performing final ads.
  • Use AI generation tools, including Higgsfield, to create and enhance ad content, and combine AI output with real footage and UGC-style cuts.
  • Apply effects, captions, transitions, sound design and motion graphics to a professional standard.
  • Communicate daily with the Creative Strategist, receive feedback, and turn revisions around promptly.
  • Maintain organized project files and delivery folders so batches can be reviewed and approved efficiently.

Requirements

  • Higgsfield (mandatory) – hands-on experience creating AI-generated video and imagery for ads.
  • CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro – confident, fast and accurate in both.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI video, image and voice generation tools and how to use them in ad workflows.
  • Ability to work across multiple ad formats: short-form video, static ads, UGC-style edits, recreations of reference ads and B2B-style creative.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with an eye for detail – no misspellings, awkward phrasing or sloppy errors in captions or on-screen text. Ability to follow briefs precisely and deliver a first draft that is close to final
  • Previous experience editing paid social or performance marketing ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Familiarity with other tools such as After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Photoshop.
  • Understanding of direct-response ad structure (hooks, bodies, CTAs) and ideal customer profiles.
  • Experience working with a creative strategist or media buying team.
