Our team is currently looking for an HSSE Officer for a client in the Energy Industry.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS):
Education and Certifications:
BA in Occupation Health and Safety or related field.
NEBOSH Diploma
HSE Trainings / qualifications approved by professional institutions/HSE training bodies, will be advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as HSE Practitioner.
Proven experience of delivering Health & Safety Training.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare for, organize, and conduct hands-on, participatory health and safety training educational sessions and programs that introduce workers to resources and rights they can use to identify, prevent and address health and safety concerns.
Update and tailor the existing training courses to ensure that participants are learning and understanding the material.
Provide technical safety and health support and information to staff.
Identify health and safety gaps in employee performance and what training is needed to address them.
Analyze the training database to determine trends and make recommendations to address any health and safety deficiencies.
Develop, gather, and manage HSSE data for reports.
Advise employees on all matters relating to HSSE.
Support the development of the HSSE training programs as needed.
REMUNERATION/BENEFITS
Contract Length: 3 months
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours daily.
