CASHIERS AND FRONTLINE STAFF – Mezze Inc.

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Frontline Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends, as we operate seven days a week.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Process orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Our salaries start at $90k-$120k and goes up depending on experience. All pay is take home. We pay NIS and PAYE.

We offer 2 weeks off per year.

Bonuses are given out annually and also periodically depending on performance.
