Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
  • Process daily business transactions, invoices, and expense vouchers.
  • Perform monthly bank and cash reconciliations.
  • Prepare payroll processing and statutory tax filings (NIS, PAYE, VAT).
  • Maintain an organized and confidential filing system for financial documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) CSEC/CXC subjects inclusive of Mathematics, English A, and Principles of Accounts.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting role would be an assest.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any accounting software experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and strong numerical accuracy.
