Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Record daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, payments and receipts.
- Prepare and process accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile MMG transactions, online payments and other payment channels.
- Verify financial transactions against invoices, receipts, payment records and other supporting documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies, errors or irregularities in financial records.
- Monitor company expenses and ensure transactions are properly classified and recorded.
- Support internal controls aimed at preventing financial leakage, errors and unauthorized transactions.
- Provide financial information and reports to management as requested.
- Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation when required
Requirements
- CAT Level 2 qualification.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping or a similar financial role.
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience using QuickBooks Online.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
