Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with complaints and suggestions referred by the Customer / Consumer Response Officer within the established time frame
  • Provide advice to customers on proper storage, use and handling of products.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control Department to resolve product complaints.
  • Take corrective action to resolve product and service complaints and monitor the adherence to corrective action within the recommended time – frame
