Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the deployment and performance of all security personnel.
- Ensure all client locations are adequately staffed and covered.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce company policies.
- Manage the company’s firearms, armory, and security equipment.
- Investigate incidents and implement disciplinary measures where necessary.
- Monitor attendance, shift assignments, and operational compliance.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Perform any other related duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Sound Primary and Secondary Education.
- Minimum five (5) years’ senior-level experience in the Military, Police, Paramilitary, or Private Security Sector.
- Proven experience managing security personnel and operations.
- Strong knowledge of firearm handling, armory management, and security procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and disciplinary management skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Proficient in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.
