We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator with a friendly demeanor and high standard of integrity to manage client communications and ensure a seamless shopping experience from inquiry to post-sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming client calls, live chats and emails professionally and promptly.
  • Assist clients with a warm and friendly approach.
  • Follow-up on client calls to provide effective solutions.
  • Address upset clients or negative surveys, offering resolutions.
  • Create an engaging and interactive shopping experience during and post-sales.
  • Build long-term client relationships by identifying needs and adopting a proactive shopping approach.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and gather client orders, information, and relevant data.
  • Track orders via shipping lists and notify clients upon arrival if they didn’t receive a notification.
  • Manage clothier schedules based on showroom needs and requests offs.
  • Create and send client invoices for orders, alteration fees, shipping costs, etc.
  • Review and provide remake codes for garments with fitting issues.
  • Notify clients if fabrics are out of stock and obtain their instructions (wait for replacement, pick a new fabric, refund).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.

  • Prior experience in client service roles (preferred but not required).
  • Availability to work Thursday to Monday 2PM to 10PM, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Sunday 1PM to 9PM. Tuesday and Wednesday Days off.
