The position holder will be responsible for assisting customers both walk-in and external. He/she will be required to act as a liaison providing product knowledge, answering questions, and resolving any emerging issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet Customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services, suggest information about product and services.
  • Inform customers of sales promotions and services, warranties or terms of sale and process payments for orders.
  • Sell products and services.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint., determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment; following up to unsure resolution.
  • Receiving and sending of faxes.
  • Following up with customers on prices and orders received.
  • Attending to customers on the counter and over the phone.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five(5) CXC Subjects or Experience in similar field.
