Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner.
- Transferring calls as necessary.
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.
- Greet all visitors appropriately.
- Entering and posting in the company’s accounting software all Purchases, productions, transfers and consignment trials.
- Assist with general filing duties.
- And any other duties that maybe assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements
- Five (5) subjects CXC/GCE inclusive of Mathematics and English
- Working experience would be an asset but not necessary, training will be provided.
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
