Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) to the Managing Director (MD)
- The EAA provides executive, administrative, and project support to the MD and Board of Directors. The EAA organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. Due to the confidentiality of the work, the functions of this position arc to be performed in office.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree and or equivalent experience and training.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to independently perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Five to ten years providing support for upper-level management in the private sector.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word. EXCEL and PowerPoint; and ability to learn new software applications.
- Ability to conduct primary research, report writing and proposal preparation.
- Excellent time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Spanish or other languages and international customs is an asset.
Salary and Benefits:
