Key Responsibilities
- Track attendance and prepare work done sheets for all General Services staff to support payroll accuracy.
- Coordinate and deliver groceries to various offsite locations.
- Update and maintain inventory records with accurate sign-in and sign-out logs.
- Conduct regular stock counts and verify against records.
- Obtain quotations and assist with the purchasing of requested items in line with company policy.
- Follow up with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain up-to-date records for work done sheets, inventory, and procurement activities.
- Support the General Services Manager with administrative and logistical tasks.
- Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Five (5) subjects CXC including Mathematics and English.
- At least two (2) years’ experience in an administrative, logistics, or inventory-related role.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
- Must possess a valid Motor Car (MC), Motor Lorry (ML), or Driver’s License.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be dependable and able to work with minimal supervision.
