Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, POS systems, cinema ticketing systems, and digital displays
- Ensure uptime and performance of critical systems across retail, concessions, and cinema operations
- Oversee cybersecurity measures, data protection, and system backups
- Provide technical support to mall management, cinema staff, and tenants where applicable
- Manage and optimize Wi-Fi networks for public and internal use
- Oversee cinema-specific technologies (ticketing, scheduling, projection systems integration)
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance
- Monitor and update IT budgets, procurement, and asset management
